Some people asked me what is my plan on Friday and I normally answer them, baking. They will answer me Whaaaat...baking on a Friday night?! Well, baking is like a therapy for me. It calms me down and takes my mind off from the busy work schedule and the craziness I face at times. It also gives me the satisfaction to see the end result of my baking and share the goodness of the baking to others.

Don't ask me when I will bake my cakes again, I will bake when I am up for it. That is why my kitchen is always filled with extras butters, cream cheese, flour, sugar, chocolate bars as I myself can't tell when I will bake again but I know for sure I will bake every other week. :)
